Our process
Four stages from survey to handover
1. Site survey & water test
We visit the site, measure hardness, TDS, turbidity and pH, and confirm flow demand, pressure and available space.
2. System design & quotation
You receive a treatment train sized to your results — vessel sizing, media selection, pumps and controls — with a clear itemised quote.
3. Supply & installation
Our technicians handle plumbing, electrical connection, media loading, brine setup and commissioning with pressure testing.
4. Handover & training
We walk your team through regeneration cycles, filter changes and daily checks, and leave a written maintenance schedule.
